Warranty Policy
Under this Limited Product Warranty, Zendex products are warranted to be free of defects in material or
workmanship under normal use for seven years from the date of sale to user. Zendex product warranties do not
extend to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or distributors. This Limited Product Warranty
does not apply to products which have not been registered with Zendex, either through the return receipt of this
Warranty Registration Card or online at https://zendextool.com/warranty/ within 90 days from the date of
purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to the product’s casters, which are subject to a one-year limited
warranty.
Any Zendex products or component, exclusive of the product’s casters, claimed to be defective during the
warranty period must be returned directly to Zendex; transportation charges prepaid. The product must be properly
tagged, stating nature of defect; customer’s name, address, date of purchase, and Zendex assigned RMA number
included. You may be asked to email several .jpeg format images to warranty@zendextool.com in addition to or
in lieu of returning the item.
Any product or component determined defective by Zendex Tool Corporation, due to normal use, will be repaired
or replaced free of charge during the warranty period, and returned prepaid to customer.
This Limited Warranty is void if equipment has been subjected to neglect, misuse, lack of proper lubrication,
careless operation, faulty or deficient service, or if it has been damaged by modification or repair by anyone other
than Zendex Tool Corporation or a Zendex Tool Corporation authorized representative.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties, (whether written, oral, or implied)
including warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set forth above and warranty of fitness for
a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages of any type. Some states may not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you.
